first breakdown in rp coz of vb
today i was disappoint in myself during the volleyball trg.
coz the method of spiking my coach now and my previous coach is different !!!
i cnt do the new method, i am too used to it.
i trg alot in sec sch, so it is very very very hard for me to train.
n the feeling sux.
now i duno wad to do..
follow wad i did last time OR learn a new way to spike ?
omg, im going to be mad.

aft thinking so much, i suddenly miss my outram team mates so so so much.
i miss my coach and the way he train.
i believe that there is no perfect way of spiking..
but wad should i do ?
im too used to it, it is very difficult to change.
