Rolling and landing with a huge impact had cause my shoulder to have a bruise.
I hope it will not affect my old injure, where I sprain my shoulder that time..

Monday is a had volleyball trg.
It is PT! Omg la, first time attending PT in RP.
Running around the school, thn 10 sets of the PT we always do.
after that we did laying down, rolling up n standing up fast.
tried one leg and two legs which doing it.
next it is rolling. rolling to save a ball.
I trained that before in Outram. so i can do that.
but it is different when there is ball to save.
it is damn scary and hard to roll property.
& therefore i actually landed hard a few times and got injured.
it is not a normal bruise. it is more painful like it hit my bone.
internally and externally.
i also injured other parts like my back bone.
..
but my mother ask me something ytd.
"can u stop playing volleyball?"
i was like no. why should i?
i know she cares about me.
whether it will affect me in future.
but i tink that volleyball makes me feel good that i can excel in.
well i will say im not a star player or very good.
but i like being and playing in the volleyball court.
so why should injure stop me from playing?
if something that can give u sense of achievement, why not?
i enjoyed it. and sports should not be stop because of injure only.
unless u gave up sports.. that is different.

didnt went to school ytd.
bones are tight. i guess im getting old? Hahaha..
Im injured and tired. so give me a break from school.
Haha.. is kind of a excuse maybe.
..
kind of stress now, i hope it will get better soon.
make it possible and back to norm. :)
